Organic pu erh tea from Yunnan, China

Ripe (Shou Cha)- Aged like a fine wine, smooth and rich with addictive earthy flavors with deep rich brown color. Often refereed to as "cooked".

Raw (Sheng Cha)- Traditional slow fermentation with lighter nuanced flavor developed over time and golden color. Often referred to as "green".

Brew- 1 cake per 16 ounce water Ripe - 212F, 3-5 minutes; Raw- 185F 2-3 minutes May be steeped multiple times
